Pro. Yes it was 16299.15 update right after new WIndows before updating for .309, so that was a bug in that release and gone now for good. Thanks Bree:)

Finally I decided to delete completely the local PC account where all these black screen and WU issues started. Got also 20G space from that after moving all stuff there was to my personal OneDrive. I suppose my case finally after 2-3 weeks closed. Knock on wood

Good decision. It's near-impossible to fix a corrupt user profile - far easier to just make a new user and use that instead.
