    How to Unlock "Users\All Users\Documents folder

    The general method to change ownership is not working
    Please suggest some other method

    Win10 Home and Pro, Win10 Insider Preview, Win7 Home, Linux Mint

    My Win10 computers [both Desktops and Notebooks] do not have an All Users Folder in the C:\Users Folder, all are default Upgrade installs.

    "C:\Users\All Users" is a SYMLINKD to "C:\ProgramData"
    In command prompt, Dir with option /a:h will display
