One of my profiles is Administrator misspelled, the s is missing, so it became Adminitrator.
How can I change this profile name?
I tried to change account name in Control Panel --> Users, but windows says it already uses this name.
I searched the registry for "Adminitrator" and found it in context with some software called Trolltech.
So what can I do to change profile name?

You can use the method in the tutorial below to rename the profile folder for your account.
However, unless this is for the built-in "Administrator" account, you shouldn't rename the profile folder to "Administrator" since it's the same name used by default by the built-in "Administrator" account.

Yea, I was thinking exactly like the admin here, Brink, about the "Administrator"-named account while I was reading the top-most post.
I've tried to name my account as "Administrator" in the beginning of installing Windows 10, and it didn't work; Windows told me that I cannot use that specific username.
(So I am assuming the person who made that account saw that error and intentionally misspelled "Administrator".)
But anyways, hence, I named my account: Admin
