Need To Change PC Log In From Microsoft Profile To PC Profile

Windows 10 Pro 64Bit (Version 20H2 - Build 19042.88)My computer seems to have been too bloated so I decided to redo it; "extreme" clean up did not help. Interestingly, after reinstalling all my apps, my backup went from a high compression image of about 180gb to 90gb. I normally have a spare cloned drive with two backup images with two different apps.I formatted the OS disk, reinstalled Windows. In the process, I did not see an option to install Windows without using Microsoft credentials to install Windows. I formatted and tried it two more times. Then I went along installing Windows, thinking I would have the choice to change latter. No doubt, I must have missed something. I do not want to be logging into my PC with Microsoft profile. When I power up my PC, I see my Microsoft email address and I enter the PIN. It was "pain" reinstalling all my apps. To get what I need, I will do it again (reluctantly).
Would it be possible to change my PC log in, from the Microsoft profile to Windows PC profile (PC log in profile nickname)?Hope you all are keeping safe enough.Cheers

At this point, I would just add a new local user account:
Add Local Account or Microsoft Account in Windows 10

Make sure to change it to administrator after you create it.

    Have you tried this.

Switch your Windows 10 device to a local account

I did that a few months ago after I got annoyed by the login process.
