Login screen. How to limit this?

To add, after setup with a Microsoft Account I usually create a second account with a slightly different User name, by at least one character, as a Local Account with Admin rights and no password, reboot to log in as that second User. Then I can leave everything that way with 2 login choices or remove the first/Microsoft Account.
