OK done. Windows partition is not visible. How to mount it? Hibernation is probably on.

I'm sorry, I've been looking at various solutions online. I rewatched the video again and I'm stuck at the same step. I don't see the Windows partition in the File explorer. What am I doing wrong? Thank you.

It's very possible Bitlocker is on my nephew's computer. I tried the link you provided me. Problem: all these solutions require that I first log into Windows to disable Bitlocker. Since I can't login...well that's the crux of the problem.

You can execute those commands from recovery environment.

More trouble I'm afraid. I can enter the recovery mode with restart + SHIFT key from the login screen. I choose command prompt. It reboots, but then it prompts me for the password which I don't have!

Next I tried booting with USB Win10 LIVE. However, after I few minutes, the screen turns black and it shuts down. My Win10 LIVE is in English and the Pro version. My nephew's computer is Win 10 Home and in French. Could this prevent the USB from loading properly?

Thank you, I will try again later. I have family matters to attend to first.

OK, my nephew took the computer back and he'll take over. I gave him the info regarding the links from dalchina and the troubleshooting from Freebooter. Hopefully, things will get resolve. Thank you everyone for your assistance.
