I have two Win10 computers on the spare computer in Computer Managment under system tools - Local users and groups it lists the users on that computer. On the Computer in question Local Users and Groups is not there
Is there deeper problem

I'm not sure why you don't have the check box in netplwiz then. Are you able to use Option Two instead?

OK the registry change did it. I didnt have the last part about the password once I did that Im logged into windows automaticly

Just 1 follow up. If I change windows password do I have to change it in the registry as well.
