How to replace PIN with password login process?

I had to install Windows 10 from scratch and set a PIN instead of an email-password combo as I've done ever before.

I prefer this combo so I can use the netplwiz setting to skip the login process.

But I couldn't find how to skip the PIN login process as easily as it is with the combo.

Besides, now when I go to the dialog box opened by netplwiz I can't see anything related to that skipping option anymore.

Any ideas on how I can fix all that? TIA.

Remove the PIN and then follow
Sign in User Account Automatically at Windows 10 Startup
if you wish to sign in automatically to a particular account, noting comments about PIN and Hello e.g. in Option 1 3, 4.

Note that using a PIN doesn't make the underlying password redundant, which is still needed in certain circumstances even when a PIN is set.

The reason why netplwiz didn't show the option to skip the password login process was that Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts was enabled. Now it's disabled and everything is back to the way I like it.

    Thanks, dalchina! Case solved.
