annoying user/login problem with deleted account

First post, hi guys. I have only one user on this machine. Admin. of course. I deleted the old one that I had two of for some reason, but one is still present when I log in, auto-login, and that one I is to windows account I forgot the login to. Long story but after a month-long debate with windows agents they concluded that the account was not my account.
So every time I log in I have to change to the user I use, a new windows account I created

So if I could change the order for the auto-login would be a solution. OR even better delete the user that should be already deleted. I upload a screenshot of "other" users and as you can see it is empty.

Any idea? I hate this login procedure every time I shut down my computer.

I think I realise what you are referring to but please would you post a photo of the sign-in screen [if that is where the additional user is appearing].

Actually, if that is what you are referring to then post the photo to confirm & go straight to Duplicate user account - but does not exist where the same topic is covered.

yep, I just tried to screen it but as you said I can´t before win has started. I take a pic. with my mobile. I will be back in three minutes.

bad picture but you can clearly see it is two accounts. The one peter sedin is deleted. The one with the colorful icon, peppe sedin is the only one that exists when looking at users in settings.

Yes, go straight to Duplicate user account - but does not exist where the topic is covered.

It is normally easy to fix by returning to NetPlWiz and re-setting up the default account.

The difference between the post you linked to with the ghost account is that the account I`m trying to get rid of is my old account, which is deleted.

Yes but surely the same procedure fixes it?

The cause is the same - a reference in NetPlWiz to an invalid username-password combination.

If you get it sorted, I suggest creating an additional 'emergency' admin account for when something goes wrong.
