Not really sure if that's the problem but since I installed KeePass, at Windows start > Sign in that's set to automatically sign in to only (Microsoft/hotamail account) it says wrong password. When I enter it, it signs in with no problem.
Since then, I uninstalled KeePass, reset password, made sure it's accepted in Mail and MS but nothing, still have to reenter password every time.

It sounds like the password may have been entered incorrectly to netplwiz by mistake, password changed, or computer name changed.
If this is the case, you can just set up netplwiz again with the correct password to have it work.

It was already set with only one password, I disabled and re-enabled but same thing happened. Now I made mistake somewhere and lost Administrator account and can't change anything, all I get isHello Mike,

No worries. You will just need to turn off Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts to have the check box available.

If you turned on Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts (aka: passwordless sign-in), you will not see the Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer check box.
You'll need to turn it off instead.
It looks like you will need to set up Windows Hello (ex: PIN) first to be able to turn it off.
Or just turn it off using the Registry edit method that is also described in the linked tutorial Require Windows Hello sign-in for Microsoft accounts [Option 2]

Tnx guys, finally fixed it, Had to reinstate (and change) PIN (which was disabled) and than signed in with it. Got and used option in netplwiz to set auto login. Now it's what it should be. After every change had to reboot and go step by step.
Now to check and clean system and make a new MR backup and restore point.
Looking back I think it all started with KeePass which is now gone. I'm back on writing down passwords on paper and in a text file on desktop. That never fail as long as it's updated.
