account seems to be already logged in after boot

I have several PCs in my home, and I've noticed something curious about one of them. While normally after logging in, it takes a few minutes for everything to load, initialize and sync (e.g., Google Drive, Cisco VPN client, etc. -- various apps that load in the system tray), but on one PC when I log in, everything is already loaded and initialized. It's as though I was already logged in and had simply unlocked it.

I know it has to be some setting somewhere, but I sure would like to know what it is so I can enable this fast logon on the others. I've looked around and have no idea what it is.

    Thanks

I am not sure, but it may be the setting under Accounts>Sign-in Options>"use my sign-in info...". Ostensibly this applies to finishing off after updates, but the MS help also refers to behaviour after a restart. I have it set, and can see a fair bit of disk activity while at the lock screen - I assume this is Windows getting things ready. But it can't know who is going to log in, so I am not sure how much it can usefully do.
