    Users folder

    Hello!
I'm rather confused, my pc seems to be very slow loading programs etc.
If I look in the users folder on the C: drive If 6 folders:
Administrator, Default, DefaultAppPool, user1, user2, public.

I am the only user if I look in user accounts there is only me.

Of the two user accounts user 1 seems to have more folders than user 2.
However user1 has not been modified since last April.
User2 seems to be upto date.
Should I merge the two users or just delete user 1, please?

    I'm running Win10 Home 20H2.
    Cheers,

    1 What is your username?
In any Command window or PowerShell window, enter the command whoami and it will respond in the form ComputerName\UserName.
2 Windows did not create the usernames user1, user2 and Windows did not log into those accounts. Somebody else did.
3 Somebody has, at some stage, logged in to the Built-In Admin account.
