ok are these 'big' or minor updates? i guess big
There is no information upon which to base an answer.

if you have 'full admin' on C drive updates would revert some of the things within C drive … that's ok … at least have full admin of software/tools at least
You use the term 'full admin' as if it meant something.

Yes. Step back from this time-consuming & pointless proposed task and get on with something that will benefit you instead.

What has been proposed here is ill advised. I have never heard of anyone who has done this successfully and has been satisfied with the results. I have heard stories of those who have tried, only to realize it was a bad idea and need help to restore normal operation. If you go down that road you are in uncharted territory. Microsoft has no information on how to do this and you won't find any tutorials. Windows was never designed to work this way. You can make things work in ways other than intended. You can put a square peg in a round hole of you apply sufficient force. But the results tend to be unpleasant.

Best to let it be and move on to something useful.

There are some very smart people here on Tenforums, with years of experience. When the consensus presented to you in a up-front honest way says do not do this, it's best for you to heed the advice.

    Step back and re-evaluate.

Enable or Disable Elevated Administrator account in Windows 10

Note, that being SYSTEM administrator does not allow you an exclusive access. Permissions and ownerships still apply, though as SYSTEM you can change it. I blocked some ransomware by blocking SYSTEM.

So... i wasn't actually going to say anything but, after reading what LMiller7 wrote here i feel obligated to let you all know that I am one of those people that have successfully done what you all state in this thread that users shouldn't do!

I took over my win10 with 100% administrator access, (Think root access in a linux system)
and i have had zero issues with my windows since i installed it!

Basically this means that i have full access to any and all files / folders in my system, every programs starts in administrator mode. I can modify whatever i want...

Now I did this mostly because i wanted to mod my windows10 change the look of my win10 & remove certain annoying features that windows 10 had from the start, for example "HelpPane" that lives inside This PC

Now it looks like this and does absolutely nothing when i accidentally press it
    make computer fully admin-4rw.png

To change the icon folders in C:\ was also something i wanted to do, they now look like this,
    make computer fully admin-anteckning.png

and you can't do stuff like this without taking control of windows.
There's more reasons as to why i have full admin control of my windows but this post is already to long.

And I was tired of certain programs not starting up in administrator mode when i need them to, and having the UAC notification showing up every time i wanted open up a program in admin mode is unacceptable, so i don't have that either.
    make computer fully admin-uac.jpg

Nor do i have that annoying UAC logo on any icons or programs that is common in windows, like the image below

I've also disabled " Security Warning " of files when you try to open them after they are downloaded like the image below,
    make computer fully admin-know-when-safe-download-something-step-7.jpg

So, Is my windows system in anyway less secure compare to a system that has all these stock features enabled / active?

Short answer is No absolutely not!
Besides I have lots of security & monitoring programs in my system that keeps everything secure, i guess you could say i compensate but that wouldn't be accurate.
To be honest i haven't had a single malicious file in my system since 06

There are other Windows forums, we aren't the only one.

On the contrary, the very first reply told you what to do in order to achieve your objective.

To change the situation as you asked, you would need to 'take ownership' of every folder, file & Registry key and then add 'Full control' 'Permissions' to your own user account.
