    Win 10 says I have a password

    Version 1903 (OS Build 18362.836)

I don't want a password. I can not delete my password from CMD with NET USER name *

If I log into the administrator account (yes, it is enabled and it has a password) it will not let me delete my password from CMD with NET USER name * "Not authorized ..."

    Now what ?

Please confirm you usse a local account.

Remove Password of Local Account in Windows 10
How to Remove Password of Local Account in Windows 10
If you have a local account on the PC, then your Windows password is what you use to sign in to your user account in Windows on the PC.
If you have a Microsoft account, then your password is what you use to sign in to online Microsoft services and Windows on PCs and devices that you use the same Microsoft account on. You cannot remove the password of a Microsoft account since it is required.
Or perhaps you would prefer not to log in at all:
Sign in User Account Automatically at Windows 10 Startup
