It is your MSAccount that requires a password. If you want to bypass it when restarting the computer you can set this using the built-in utility netplwiz. Here's a tutorial link

Sign in User Account Automatically - TenForumsTutorials

Using netplwiz means that you will not have to do anything when the login screen appears on restarting because your user account will be logged in automatically.

About those two accounts on the login screen - Go to Settings, Accounts and look in
Your info, Access work or school, Family & other users
to see all the user accounts on the computer.

    Contacted MS tech Support

Ok, after an hour + on the phone the tech support rep helped me fix my two desktops.

First she said there is a bug (not a virus) in their system that made the duplicate names, which she fixed on the back end on Microsofts side.
Then she helped me remove the security login restrictions, which I had in place when I first activated this new PC, but both my machines reverted to needing pin or password. I could not put it back to the way I wanted, so MS did some "cleanup" work to my account then we were able to put both PC's back to the way I prefer.

    Marking as solved

PS - I had used the netplwiz utility before to set them both this way, but it would not work today till they did some cleanup work, not sure what that was though.
