Yes, so any available DIY recovery method is botched?
They say they do not have access to the contents of emails , which i find to be very strange if they then automatically reject them without carefully looking at them.. Has anyone ever come across very helpful advisors who have gone the extra mile for users?

Your Windows is not activated, see the partially cut off message boxed in red:

That would indicate there is something not legitimate about your installation of Windows.

No that always shows. I purchase the system from a store with Windows 7 on it and it had to be restored and Windows 10 installed . So the authentication is legitimate. I did not purchase it from " Jo bloggs" down the street. I purchased it from a repetible place ( PC World)

They may not say they could access or are accessing your emails because that would violate privacy policies.

They seem to be making things difficult for you because (1) they have to fiercely protect your account and (2) you are unable to provide additional information, which you were supposed to attach to your profile when you created your account, for them to verify you are really who you claim to be.

Unfortunately, only you know for a fact that you are the cyber identity you claim to be. I guess you are beginning to discover the reality of and a new way of living in the Net.

Hello 10 , did you read the part when i said i provided these following proofs
1- 3 email addresses the account was sent to
2-The actual subject title the reciever will have recieved from that account
3- Two passwords that will have been used to set up the account

But still Microsoft is adamant in being difficult.

The account was only open for just a short time

Can you answer my previous question, please. Who did the Windows 10 install? When you bought the PC with Windows 7 on it, who installed Windows 10?

I admit - the legitimacy of the installation has me intrigued too.
