Adding User to Correct User Folder Name

So when I did a system restore on my computer to return it back to factory default...I logged in using my Microsoft account which is an email starting with "ArilyBoo......." However my name on my Microsoft account is "Summer"...It's always been "Summer" all my folders in the past have been "Summer"...this time however it named my User Folder "Arily"
So I went in and hit login with a local account instead...and I changed my username to "Arily"...and then I was going to create a second user account named "Summer" and make it an administrator so I could switch everything over to the "Summer" name as it was supposed to be. I'm getting an error message though when trying to create the account saying "please type a different user name". This is when attempting to create a local account with "Summer" as the username.
My only guess is there is still evidence of "Summer" somewhere that's preventing me maybe of using the same name on two accounts, even though I've renamed the first account "Arily".

    Any Suggestions?

    Hello Arily,

If you like, you should be able to use the method in the tutorial below to change the name of your user profile folder to "Summer" for your Microsoft account.

In that case, change the folder name back to what it was originally to undo this.

We'll see, but let's get you back to a working state first.

When you have everything back to normal, go ahead and post a screenshot showing the contents of the "C:\Users" folder to see what user profile folders already exist.

I might have made a mistake earlier so I'm going to try again maybe?

Also I should add that I was initially signed into onedrive however, I removed my account because it was doing this weird sync thing that I do not want it to do...I haven't removed onedrive I just removed my account from it.

Before you try again, unlink OneDrive. You can link it back afterwards if everything is ok.
