I'm sure Microsoft will update it to 19045.1865 when released to the public soon.

No, the user is pointing out that you claim the exe installs 19043 while your own screenshot of the exe properties shows a file version of 19041. Yes, its true, it's not a mistake. MediaCreationTool21H2.exe reports 20H1 (19041), not 21H2. It's a ****up by M$, and others have noticed it. Here's someone else who noticed that

EDIT: It turns out the mistake is only in the reported version but it does install the latest.
Also, does this guide get updated? Because there is no more Academic Products page as a separate option. The Education editions are now included in the multi-edition ISO you get from MCT. Option two should just be erased.
Media Creation Tool (MCT) will now install and create an ISO or USB for Windows 10 version 22H2 build 19045.2006.

I have a Key for the Pro version. But the home/pro is the same option. How do I get the pro version specifically?
Thank you
Hello,
The ISO can install either the Home or Pro edition.
The product key you enter during installation will determine which one gets installed.
If you select I don't have a product key during installation, then you can select which edition you want to install.
Clean Install Windows 10
Brink,
TechBench is no longer able to help with sourcing ISO files.
- The TechBench webpage now redirects to another.
- The ISO selection form is still there but all my own attempts to use it have resulted in "This file is not available for download".

Additional caveat: If pc has an embedded Home key, it will automatically install Home.
The simplest option is to create a two line text file called EI.CFG as follows
and copy it to sources folder on usb drive. The users can select whatever version is wanted during installation.Code:[CHANNEL] Retail
Alternatively if Home has been installed, enter Pro key using "Change Product Key" link in Activation menus. This is quicker than doing a Pro reinstall.
@Brink,
Another user has now reported the same as me, TechBench no longer acts as an ISO download intermediary.
All the best,
Denis
