Yes i would like to do a clean install so i would just install from usb ?

and thats it no need to worry about update or upgrades ? is this correct ?

If you like, you could reset Windows 10 instead to have fresh install if you don't need to do a full blown clean install.

Microsoft has released ISO file for Windows 10 20H1 Insider Preview build 19041 for Fast and Slow rings.

How can one lose what is already lost?
