Hi werdoe, no worries to move the OS on the same pc. There are different free options, check this one I used when I added an M2 SSD to my laptop.

This is a reference to using Macrium Reflect imaging to accomplish the same result as cloning with the added benefit of creating a backup image during the operation.

Macrium reflect will also work, either cloning or imaging.

TenForums's Tutorial Section has step by step instructions on doing either.
