I'm just asking to know if it will install the most recent version of windows on it or if it's going to copy my current version onto it. Because it already has the same version I'm currently running installed on it.

It will clean install the latest version of Windows 10 on your PC.
Be sure to backup anything that you don't want to lose first since a clean install will wipe out everything to start over.
Perfect, thank you very much! Unfortunately and fortunately(I guess) I've already lost all my stuff. So I have nothing to backup.
I've finished the process of installing on the USB, but it's not registering when i try to boot to it.
Just to verify, which method did you use to create the USB?

Here are some options for booting from a USB to see if any may help.
I tried the first method in the link to create the bootable usb. As for booting, I used the boot menu to select the usb. Now when I select it, it says that it cannot find a copy of windows and to restart.
As a test, see if you're able to boot from the USB when using Option Two to create a USB with an ISO using Rufus.
