Use DISM to Repair Windows 10 Image

You should be able to get rid of most of that just by running Disk Cleanup, or the Free up space now part in Settings under System - Storage.

This cmd just crashed my system and when rebooted the pro folder is still there which was created by this cmd: DISM /Apply-Image /ImageFile:H:\Sources\install.wim /Index:1 /ApplyDir:C:\PRO /CheckIntegrity /Verify. .

This what it reported

The next time that you perform an in place upgrade repair:
a) uninstall any non-Microsoft antivirus software (always on and manual) using the applicable uninstall tool
b) place the computer in clean boot:

c) do not choose windows updates until the repair is successful

That is unexpected. If you go to a Command Prompt and enter rd /? you will see that all it does is delete a folder and everything in it.

Did you first boot your PC with Windows 10 install media and get a Command Prompt with SHIFT-F10? This step was meant to give you enough file rights to easily delete the C:\PRO folder and contents, as well as anything else that you wanted to delete, such as C:\$WINDOWS.~BT, etc.

I just used the cmd prompt on pc as I usually do. Don't know what u mean about boot with install media and f10. After it would not dism repair I just tried to delete the file created in cmd prompt with cmd u provided. That PRO folder created now has program files, program files 86, windows, programdata and I can't delete it. I even used a prgm to take ownership but still would not go away.

Earlier you indicated that you have new boot usb win 10 pro. If you can boot your PC with it, by hitting a key during power-up to select the USB as boot source, then it will launch into Windows setup, as if you were going to install Windows on a new PC. Once it gets to that first setup screen for installing Windows 10, SHIFT-F10 will give you a Command Prompt with enough rights to delete anything. That is what I meant.

There are other ways to take ownership of the PRO folder so that you can delete it, but because you said you had the boot USB, this sounded easiest to me.
