Let me repeat the issue: Option 2 & 5 both work on Ethernet connection, Option 2 works on Wi-Fi, but Option 5 doesn't work on Wi-Fi connection. Very weird, and this issue happens on all 3 laptops.
Can you confirm you dont have the same issue on your PC? Thanks

I cannot confirm it because my PC has no Wi-Fi. I can only type in 1.1.1.1 & 1.0.0.1 and see whether my Registry will record them.

You seem not running the latest Win10 2004, you are on 1903. My registry looks like this

I use AdGuard on my system, and they released an update that will allow the program to set a DNS on your system, which I'm assuming means that it will change the Windows settings. If I have my router set to Cloudflare DNS, what would happen if I used AdGuard's DNS in Windows? Would this cause conflict?

When you set DNS on your computer, you manually override the DNS servers provided by the DHCP server in your router.

When you manually set DNS servers on your router, you manually override DNS servers provided to the router by the DHCP server at your ISP.

AH! Okay. Got it. You've got me thinking now. When you set the DNS on the router, it will affect the DNS on all of my connections. I'm wondering if this has something to do with my Bluetooth connection with my controller.

I would agree with you, but why does the Bluetooth connection show up with my other connections in the internet setting? Not trying to be rude, but I thought that anything that showed up with the internet connections followed the internet connection rules. It says that it's not connected, but that's a lie because my headphones are working and they are Bluetooth.
