You need to unblock the downloaded ZIP archive, then extract all files in it to your UUP Dump folder (it requires UUP Dump Miniserver being present). Works perfectly, did 8 ISO images early today (PRO & Education, four language versions of each edition).
Actually it does it all - I did not extract files anywhere other than the default zip folder location - it basically creates copy of minidump server in the default zip folder location. My mistake was simply running with admin rights which did the download but failed in the iso creation step.

One could argue this is rather wasteful in disk space as you end up with multiple minidump servers i.e. one per download folder. Not really a big deal.

For one-offs or lesser experienced, this is really good.

    Interesting!

If I extract the ZIP archive anywhere else than UUP Dump folder, I get this error message:
UUP to ISO - Create Bootable ISO from Windows 10 Build Upgrade Files-image.png

I just double clicked on zip file, and did extract all (no selecting different folder), and then run the .cmd file with admin rights.

I can confirm this. No issues at all.

I think the error message comes from trying to decrypt a file that is not encrypted. Check the ESD to see if it's encrypted or not.
ESD have not been encrypted for a while now.

This is what I was suspecting too. Thanks for confirming this. :)

Hello Kari, Looks like there is an issue doing clean install with 17643 Skippy as I just confirmed this with another user on the Insider Forum. Works fine on upgrade. Using UUPtoISO 4.0.

Please provide link to post / thread you are referring to. I want to go there and post the following, in my efforts to try to stop wrong and invalid information being spread:

I had already done two Insider Preview build 17643 clean installs earlier today on Hyper-V virtual machines, and one clean install on a Windows tablet. Now, just to test one more time, I clean installed it on this laptop as secondary OS for dual boot, and once more to a virtual machine. Works like a charm, nothing wrong with ISO made with UUPtoISO from UUP upgrade files downloaded with UUP Dump Miniserver.
