Made some encouraging progress. I started by downloading uupdump files as my starting point

When I created iso using uuptoiso and the winlib6 link from @Kari, both isos were exactly the same size to last byte and both exhibited the "jump go keyboard" erroneous behavior. I concluded uuptoiso and winlib 6 are effectively the same.

I then used winlib version 14 which I downloaded from web myself (did not save link though) and tried it again and this time it created an iso which was a little bigger than before, and had slightly different options. This iso worked properly.

So, as stated earlier it seems to be winlib 14 you need.
@Kari - is it possible you gave us the wrong link?

Even if winlib 14 is correct version, I am not sure about its robustness as I had problems with it falling over but I did redownload uupdump files and iirc, first time I downloaded all editions but this time chose just the PRO option.

So I have now successfully used uupdump with winlib 14 version.
Thanks for that, Martin. If your memory gets jogged and you remember the link, I'd sure like to try it. Meanwhile, we'll wait for Kari to take a look. Good job!

Yes, I have too, for previous builds. It's just 093 and 101 that still break. That's why I was wondering if anyone had actually done this successfully, all the way thru, with 17101. Can't find anybody who has, so I don't know if it really works, for these builds.

No, don't think the account is messed up in any way. I'd see more issues than this.

Well, I took the .ISO for a spin off of USB. And all hell broke loose. Quite literally, at least, on my machine.

First, I got the error that there was no bootable device. Odd, since I made it with Rufus just like I have every other single time. OK, so I hit Enter for it to boot the available boot device.

Next, after a very long boot process, I'm presented with a login on a window running 800 * 600 resolution and asking for the Admin account password. WTF?

So, I rebooted into Macrium, and restored the 17604 install image I had made. And it did the same thing.

Then, I remembered - I had a drive from an old laptop that had Windows 10 also on it in one of my bays - and when I told the system to search for and boot other drives, it found that one first, instead of the one attached to my SATA III port. Which means that it also altered my BIOS settings for boot up priority, replacing the default boot device with this one with Win10 on a small laptop drive. So, I powered the machine off, removed the drive, and set the boot priority again - at which point it would not boot.

Sigh. Another Macrium restore and I am finally back online.

So, I could not verify nor disprove whether the .ISO itself actually works thanks to cereberus for that. However, I just justified adding the 1.5 TB drive that I am using to store my Macrium backup images now, as reinstalling FCU from scratch plus all my apps plus all the ẞeta testing apps *plus* all my settings and whatnot - would have been a much PITA.

I thought that the link was already posted here, but in looking I don't see it, so I must have seen it elsewhere.

    @johngalt

John, if this is the link you are referring to, it's the one for Winlib6, which produces an ISO that goes to "What's your keyboard?". Martin used winlib14 and that link is not here on TF anywhere.

I have just uploaded it to onedrive :).

It is in .rar format - 7zip will unrar it.

@Martin (and everybody), my apologies. I had uploaded wrong ZIP. The one I uploaded only fixes ARM issue.

I will try to get our tool updated and new version uploaded today / tomorrow.

Uh, yeah, maybe, but that had nothing to do with us - and thus they don't count here.
