    I checked by registry, and you're export does include the default settings.

    As a test, run a command in option 1 below in an elevated PowerShell to re-register all apps, and restart the computer when it has finished to see if it may fix the Action Center for you.

    Hey Brink
    I have applied the command on elavated Powershell as you said.
    It is still the same; action center is only flashes for split-seconds.

    In that case, see if resetting the quick actions back to default using the method in the tutorial below may help since messing with them is what broke it for you.

    If that still doesn't help, then you may need to do a repair install of Windows 10 to fix it without losing anything.

    Importing that key from my system wouldn't make any difference for you, but here's a .reg file below exported from my system.

    Quick_Actions.reg

    Deleting that registry key like in the tutorial below would normally reset your quick actions back to default.

    If the above didn't help, then you could try troubleshooting with a clean boot using the method in the tutorial below. This will let you see if Action Center opens while in a clean boot, and troubleshoot to see what is causing it if so.

    Thanks Brink, I import the reg file, it created same Quick Actions directory with yours but it doesn't fix my problem as you said.

    I used Reset_Action_Center_Quick_Actions_to_default.bat
    System doesn't create a new quick actions folder,

    I will search for another directories with "Quick Actions" in the registry.

    And I will try this and post back.

    I think only the clean install will fix this issue :)

    @Brink

    lesson learned I need to completely reinstall my system for following this modded tutorial as my action centre was broken & just flash for a few second as the other user @Feuer experienced & wrote here as well.

    So, Don't try to modify it, as there is no option to repair or restore other than formatting & clean installation.

    & I've also found the real reg path & key that determines the expand & collapse option now in recent builds after 18xxx

    here it is
    [HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-21-XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX-1000\Control Panel\Quick Actions\Control Center\QuickActionsStateCapture]

    Collapse Values:
    "Toggles"="Toggles,Microsoft.QuickAction.Location:false,Microsoft.QuickAction.Bluetooth:true,Microso ft.QuickAction.BlueLightReduction:false,Microsoft.QuickAction.AirplaneMode:false"

    Expanded Values:
    "Toggles"="Toggles,Microsoft.QuickAction.Location:false,Microsoft.QuickAction.Bluetooth:true,Microso ft.QuickAction.BlueLightReduction:false,Microsoft.QuickAction.AirplaneMode:false,Microsoft.QuickActi on.NearShare:false,Microsoft.QuickAction.AllSettings:false,Microsoft.QuickAction.AvailableNetworks:f alse,Microsoft.QuickAction.Connect:false,Microsoft.QuickAction.Project:false,Microsoft.QuickAction.V pn:false,Microsoft.QuickAction.QuietHours:false,Microsoft.QuickAction.ScreenClipping:false"

    as you can see, it's completely binary now, so no way to get any fixed reg hack for all user as the value of those X's is dynamic, not constant, & changes from user to user, & even change in every installation

    @Brink, I think you should update the OP as per my these finding for everyone to avoid such circumstances.

    @SM03,

    Normally, the method in this tutorial will not break Action Center. It just will not work anymore, and will just need to set it back to the default setting.
