You are talking about disk which is a bit confusing. If you have burned the ISO to disk, you cannot of course change the name of it. You cannot change a name of a CD or DVD. The same if you have mounted the ISO file as virtual DVD.
You can open the script (ESDtoISO.cmd) in Notepad and edit it. Browse halfway through the script until you find the below section, then change the WIN10TP part (highlighted) to anything you want to., leave out the bit version (blue) and language (green) if you wish.
Save the script with extension .cmd and run it again to creat an ISO with any name you want to.
