So the difference is that in cmd you set "create partition primary" & "active" and this will make it bootable.. I was thinking that right click-format will also do that

When i saw MediaCreationTool1909.exe, I was concerned, because my intention was to avoid 1909 so early in it's inception, learning the hard way in the past that it's prudent to let them iron out all the kinks before upgrading.

Did I miss a more explicit disclaimer that I would be bumped up to 1909?

Am I worrying about nothing? How is 1909 working for you?
