    Not sure if you edit these, but I was looking into how to get this working for setting up new users when deploying Windows 10 machines. Unfortunately, these settings weren't saving with the normal approach (editing NTUSER.dat). Turns out there is a need for including an additional registry value.

    Found the solution here:

    So, perhaps add it to this tutorial or those that may be looking for the solution in setting up new user profiles with News and Interests Enabled/Disabled.
