How to Use Web Capture Tool in Microsoft Edge Chromium

Microsoft has adopted the Chromium open source project in the development of Microsoft Edge on the desktop to create better web compatibility. This new Microsoft Edge runs on the same Chromium web engine as the Google Chrome browser, offering you best in class web compatibility and performance.

The new Chromium based Microsoft Edge is supported on all versions of Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Windows Server (2016 and above), Windows Server (2008 R2 to 2012 R2), and macOS.

Starting with the latest version of Microsoft Edge Canary, a new Web capture tool has been added allowing you to take a screenshot of a webpage in Microsoft Edge and either copy, share, or save the screenshot.

The Settings and more (3 dots) menu (Alt+S) in Microsoft Edge contains a Web capture (Ctrl+Shift+S) shortcut by default, but you can also select to add or remove (default) a Web capture button on the toolbar of Microsoft Edge.

Starting with Microsoft Edge Canary 89.0.752.0, a new Draw with touch option is available to enable/disable inking with finger. It can be handy for users who want to ink with pen and scroll with touch.
