Double check in both tutorials I posted above to make sure you have set how you wanted to see if that sorts it.

This is why I never put in a password for my conputer, cause I find it confusing, and know I'd like forget it, or it decides not to work.

Most likely you are not on a domain since you would have to purposely join a domain with credentials given to you by the domain.

A Microsoft account requires a password, so you wouldn't be able to remove the password for it.

Luckily, you can set Windows 10 to automatically sign in to your Microsoft account at startup and on wakeup. Were you able to set this from the tutorial links I posted above and below for reference? If you have any questions, I'll be happy to help.

You may have it set to not ask for a password on wakeup, but didn't set to automatically sign in at startup.

Wakeup (ex: from sleep) and startup (ex: from shut down or restart) are two separate items.

Double checking the items I mentioned from the tutorials I linked to above would help you to determine if you have both set or not.

I didn't know if you did or not since you said you "never tried" the tutorials. I'm only trying to verify.

Since you do have these set, there may be a chance you didn't enter your password correctly in netplwiz. Netplwiz uses whatever password you enter, so if it's not correct, it will fail at startup asking you to still sign in.

As a test, set up netplwiz again with your account selected and its password to see if that may be what happened, and to rule it out.

I mustive done something messed up, cause I dont even recall putting in any password, even in the tutorial with the netplwiz command...never entered a password, cause didnt want one. I'll try the passowrd one...but I dont know what the password is. Ive been reading and rereading that step 5, and dunno where that popup for entering a password is..all I find is properties. It mention PC settings, but dont know where that is...the is a lot of settings on my PC all over...dont want to be messing around in the wrong section.
