Is there a registry edit to set a policy to turn this annoyance off?
Yes. It's explained in Option 2 of this tutorial.

Option One: Turn On or Off "Get even more out of Windows" or "Let's make Windows even better" Suggestions in Settings Option Two: Turn On or Off "Get even more out of Windows" or "Let's make Windows even better" Suggestions using a REG file

I already used that. It turns the option off, but does not disable it with a policy. Someone can still (possibly inadvertently) turn it back on. I'm looking for a policy setting that will keep it turned off unless someone really wants it badly enough to change the policy.
Thank you OP for useful tutorial! This may be a weird question but is there a way to force the "get even more" screen to show at next boot?
