I can change most font size, but not in the "Run" dialog (Win+r), is this hard coded?
    Hello,

It does look like this setting will only change the text size in the Run dialog's title bar, and not the information text inside it.

If you like, you could change the default font used by Windows 10 in the tutorial below to say a bold font (ex: "Arial Bold") to make the text stand out better.

I used those 2 .reg files earlier to change the font, but on my display, the font is still small. With all the thousands of setting in the registry, it seems like a short coming to not have one for the font size of items like this as they do in WindowsMetrics.

No worries. You can also change your DPI scaling level below to a higher percentage, but it will make everything appear larger and not just text.

    Maybe try sysfont bold?

It's easy to get into a hard to undo mess if using these types of utility.

I'm not sure what else other than adjusting screen resolution to also make everything appear larger. I'd prefer the DPI level setting for this instead though.

Tried resolution also, but my AMD display starts distorting and blurring some stuff.

I have tried everything but the kitchen sink to change the font size of Windows built-in dialogs like File Explorer properties and nothing works while I can for everything else; any ideas?
