So without any realtek driver my headset mic worked perfectly, once I managed to install Realtek HDA FF06 8648, my mic does not work anymore, I am back where I was. Maybe there is something wrong with that 8648 driver, or should i try to install a generic one FF00? Or if someone could tell me how, I would install UAD version of 8648?
You could check your mics properties:
Also does your headset, maybe have some software that's needed to be installed from it's site?

Thats the thing, with HDA 8648 or other realtek driver it does not show up at all, without any Realtek driver I have 2 mic inputs, all just saying Mic HD Audio Input, but one of them is the one of the headset and it is working. Can't really be without Realtek drivers, as they get installed automatically whenever I am connected to the internet. I just need to find the right one? or Maybe UAD would solve this. Also I have seen videos where they solved in Realtek Manager, clicking on that folder icon and disable front panel something, but I dont have this option. Also when I maxed the mic boost lvl on the not working 8648 mic and selected option listen to device, I suddenly got this weird looping and increasing in volume and pitch sounds, so I had to disable it quickly. I was wondering, maybe I could buy external DAC, USB card, but I am worried that it might not work too with what is happening regarding Realtek drivers. Any thoughts what to do? It is really bugging me, don't want to waste money, and on microsoft audio codes everything works fine.

You could try setting your mic in device manager to use the Microsoft defaults, and leave your headset(earphones) to use the realtek drivers.
Then you will have good sound at least.
Or right click in sounds to show more options and try them

Strange, I see only one mic, the built in mic does not show up? Also with those Microsoft drivers i think I had 3.5 right panel written under the Analog Jack. How do I know that I will change the drivers for the headset mic and not the built in one, as I see only one. Ignore those VB virtual inputs, outputs.
