Stuttering audio, need clarification of recent posts

Image shows profile of my older PC. Recent upgrade to Win10pro seemed to bring on severe audio stuttering. Whether from sound file on disc or from Web.
I use only Bluetooth audio. Headphones and a n Oontz Angle.
I am truly "snowed" by the audio jargon. I know my way around Task Manager, etc. but I don't know how to accomplish anything with sound drivers or Bluetooth versions.
I'd really appreciate someone getting me started on troubleshooting. Thank you.

I would start by using the Windows Troubleshooters -

Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional Troubleshooters

    Troubleshooter Shot

Troubleshooter installed "inbox class driver". What the heck is that? Still no change in sound stuttering. Both of my Bluetooth devices (Headphone and BT Speaker) receive the trash sound when connected. I'm suspicious that something happened recently when I upgraded to Win 10 Pro (from Family), but I don't know where to go from here. Is there a tutorial you would recommend?

I think the next step would be to go first to your computer manufacturer's web site and look for updated sound and bluetooth drivers.

Then, I would go to the Oontz site and look for updated drivers for that.

How to update drivers manually -

Create folders for each device driver.

Download the drivers and save them to the folder you created.

In Device Manager, right-click on the device and select Properties.

Click on the Driver tab and select Update Driver.

Click Browse my computer for driver software.

Click Let me pick from an available list of drivers on my computer.

Click Have Disk and then Browse to the folder where you saved the drivers.

Please run LatencyMon (free) - Google - and post a screenshot of its GUI.

Stutter problems are often associated with driver latency, and if so, the driver needs to be identified (not at all easy) and an OLDER driver used that works.

    Recent upgrade to Win10pro
    - what build of Windows were you using before the upgrade and before this problem started?

Be warned- stutter issues may require technical analysis- not for the faint-hearted. There are threads on stutter on tenforums - and on using LatencyMon - feel free to search for those terms to find examples.

Please also post a screenshot of your task manager when the problem occurs which will hopefully show you are not experiencing excessive resource usage.

    Latency analysis

Is there more information I should get from this app?

    Thank you for your reply.

Interesting- your stutter, fortunately, is not due to latency.

    Again
    - what build of Windows were you using before the upgrade and before this problem started?

Also see OldNavyGuy's post #4 ref. using driver versions as supplied for your MOBO where available.

Please try a non-bluetooth audio device- when using that, do you experience any stutter?

Note: you've not specified your exact build number which can be significant:

** please see this on 2004 bluetooth stutter issues:
    Bluetooth problems since latest update

Have you received a driver or Windows build update as a result of upgrading to Pro?

Discoveries on Stuttering Audio. What next?

I've been working on the stuttering Bluetooth audio problem for several days. This evening I found in performance listings two recurring error messages: WMI Provider Host has stopped and BTWUI Ext. has stopped.
Are either of these files significant for the Bluetooth stuttering? What should I do to correct the problem? Recently did the feature update to V 2004. Could that be a problem?

BTWUIExt.exe is a Widcom Bluetooth driver from Broadcom. Might try updating your Bluetooth driver.
