though ASRock recently has these newer driver versions from their web site as that 6.0.9384.1 version is about 6 months old now:
6.0.9462.1
6.0.9450.1
6.0.9448.1
update to any one of these new versions instead
please report back here if that 9462 driver works on your ASRock B450M board, gmr4z0r.
got this report from a user in another forum that 9462 didn't work for that other user's ASRock board
The 6.0.9462.1 UAD ASRock RTK driver does not work with Asrock Z97 Extreme6, because the Realtek Audio Console cannot be installed.

v6.0.9492.1 UAD MSI driver from Microstar International [MSI] (posted 3/20/2023)
Hi there all,
I'm new here but I spent a few minutes reading everything posted here before. A few things I'd like to clear out, some people mentioned a sticky post, a how to guide was it? - I was not able to find it on the front page, or the subsequent pages, I'd appreciate it anyone can share it.
Appreciate your link, in fact I just created the account because I wanted to ask. I have a MAG X570S TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI - According to the MSI/Realtek Audio Console my driver version is 6.3.9600.2353 (Realtek USB Audio) downloaded from here, I don't think this is a newer version from the one above is it? Can I simply install this on top of my current installation?
Appreciate any guidance you can provide. Thanks!
P.s
I'm adding a screenshot for the Software components found on Device Manager.
Edit:
Should I ask on this thread instead?
Latest Realtek HD Audio Driver Version [3]
6.3 series of drivers is USB audio. They are not compatible with the normal 6.0 series of drivers.
But some of the software components are the same and will be in the MUC software components cab file that we linked here.
The information in my sticky tutorial remains valid for you. You need to install your OEM realtek USB audio driver first (and must install using the installer exe), then go to MUC to find audio driver updates and software components updates (and update via device manager). And if your Realtek Audio Console doesn't have EQ, it means that the EQ got moved to a premium app like nahimic.
Appreciate your comment @sandyt.

Appreciated it. Yes, this was the first thing I did, I installed MSI USB audio driver for this board.

Nahimic was not needed, I happened to have GG installed for my Arena 7 and Nahimic was not listed. I checked the Realtek Audio Console and EQ was listed and available.
Thanks again!
