Icons missing for Calc/Edge/Mail etc after last update

I'm battling to try and work this one out. It appears that after the last major update, the icons are screwed up:

Here is what I get on my start bar:

The first blank one is "Mail", and as you can see it has no icon. The 2nd one is Edge (open), and again you can see it has no icon.

I have the same problem on the

It's driving me nuts. I've tried quite a few solutions found online, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else encountered this problem since the last update?

    TIA

    Hi,

I tried the command, and it seemed to run through ok (minus the error below), but it still didn't fix it:

    PowerShellCopyright (C) Microsoft Corporation. All rights reserved.PS C:\WINDOWS\system32> Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}Add-AppxPackage : Cannot find path 'C:\AppXManifest.xml' because it does not exist.At line:1 char:28+ ... | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.I ...+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ + CategoryInfo : ObjectNotFound: (C:\AppXManifest.xml:String) [Add-AppxPackage], ItemNotFoundException + FullyQualifiedErrorId : PathNotFound,Microsoft.Windows.Appx.PackageManager.Commands.AddAppxPackageCommandPS C:\WINDOWS\system32>
Any ideas? I really don't want to have to do a full rebuild of this machine, as it's such a pig with all the drivers and software I would have to re-install

    TIA

    Andy
