@golaiet2 Where did this file come from? what format is the file? What language was it written in? Has it ever displayed correctly, on yours or another machine?
Question marks are usually a sign that you don't have the font required to display the characters, possibly they are multi-part UTF-8 or Unicode characters.
This is a wordpad file I typed in Hebrew and because I saved it on ANSI it made all the question marks, I tried replacing the coding option to UTF-8 and all the other options but it wont work, my only option as Iv read is to search for a temp file that contains the original Hebrew text before I saved it, since I did not restart or reboot my pc yet, how do I do that ?
