Lovely, thanx Doogs
Thanx budette,
Yup, I have come across that before - the $14.99 keys that were sold were in fact full retail albeit sold as upgrade keys - the WMC keys were anytime upgrade though.
Looks good Cliff,
I noticed sometimes the AccentColor colour doesn't always work well with the standard (blue) link colours (which comes from HotTracking and Hilight) when one has the auto setting on.
BTW: Known bug - Dark-mode gets initiated when an error pop-up occurs.
Correct, my bad
It's part of the EULA configuration...not the description.
The WAU is the important part - not sure what the numbers following it represent, probably clauses within the EULA.
Please see if you get similar output.

Hello new here . I tried the sofware on my Windows 8.1 system that had been updated from 8.0 and it only showed the current key as being the media center one I got free and the previous one the cheap 8.0 key. I was hoping to see the 8.1 key but dont.. Any way to get it so dont have to to go thru the xp -> windows 8 -> 8.1 nonsense?
If you had Win8.0 then the free 8.1 update shouldn't have asked for you to put in a new key, would keep what you had. Most times a reinstall of Win8.0 required updating to 8.1 from the Store again.
Hi @mercalia. welcome here.
Yup as Berton says, it depends how the upgrade was done. Basically if a Windows.old folder is created the old key that it relates to, gets saved as well - I can't recall exactly the anytime upgrade process with WMC but it should produce the Pro key from which WMC is upgraded from.
some additional stuff.
In response to @topgundcp testing/request here regarding the background looking enabled (when it's not), whilst a pop-up is displayed. Changed background to dim with transparency...
...Also now has extension of AccentColor to all borders - border-less seemed a bit odd anyway.
I think we are ready to rock-'n-roll with this one. Will upload to main repo later.
