Sabnzbd Install and show on desktop

I have used Sabnzbd for a long time and everytime I updated it, the run icon showed up on the desktop (That is where I want it).
The last time I updated it, it showed up in list of softwares or programs I have installed. Here is what I see there:

I manage to attach the run icon to the Taskbar with is better but really the way I want it.

Anyone have any idea how to get the run icon back onto the desktop?

There may be easier ways, but rt-click from start menu, select 'open file location', find the executable and rt-click to drag sc to desktop.

What does 'no success' mean? I should have made it clearer: start menu, rt-click the icon for the program, then click 'more >', then 'open file location': this should open an Explorer window showing a folder full of shortcuts, eg
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs or perhaps
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

Rt-click the one you want, drag to desktop (if you can see it) and select 'copy here'.
