Changing Default App To Play DVD's
I recently stumbled on some old videos on DVD RW discs. Unfortunately VLC can't play them. I just get the sound with a white video stream (codec problem). However if I open the folder, then Media player classic can play the VOB files just fine.
If I double click the DVD icon in Windows explorer, I get the error, "This file does not have an app associated with it ..." error. I can't see any provision in "Auto Play" for DVD's on Win 10.
If I right click the DVD icon, the context menu has an option "Play with VLC" - The problem is VLC can't play this kind of DVD.
So I need to configure windows to play a DVD with "Media Player Classic" when I double click on it.
OR
Make a new right click context menu with the option to play the DVD with "Media Player Classic"
Is there a way I can do one or the other or both?
Kind regards
Chris
