DiskMon is an application that logs and displays all hard disk activity on a Windows system. You can also minimize DiskMon to your system tray where it acts as a disk light, presenting a green icon when there is disk-read activity and a red icon when there is disk-write activity.

It is a good app if you are interested in monitoring the Read and Write activity if your HDD/SSD(s).Disk(s) have a lot of unknown activity.

I've seen errors like that when using IE. That goes out of support at the next Patch Tuesday, 2 days time.
In the meantime, you can generally avoid those errors by writing posts in Advanced mode, the Go advanced button next to Post quick reply.
