Perhaps mods could close this thread? It's devolved from a simple 'howto' to a protracted argument that, IMO, serves no purpose.

The question was asked and answered by OP in post #1 then began its journey off course by posts #5 and #6, recovered slightly but then devolved into opinion at post #22; recovered at post #23 but then devolved back into bickering from post #24 onwards.

Agreed. After 2 years It may have served it's purpose.
