I'm not quite certain what this translates to, does this suggest that both DISM & SFC are now completing successfully and reporting no issues?

This sounds like the best course of action. Perhaps compile a few detailed notes on anything related to this fault and save it until you have found a new solution for AutoCAD or other unacceptable Windows issues surface. Fingers crossed for success.
