Microsoft Store updating Error (Windows 10 Home)

Hi, please try these:
Run Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter in Windows 10
Clear and Reset Store Cache in Windows 10
and if still no luck
Re-register Microsoft Store app in Windows 10
Hi, I had no luck with any of those steps.
The first one ran the troubleshooter, but opening the Store and updating results in the same error.
As did steps 2 and 3.
Do you have an appropriate System Restore point you can use?
Does this happen if you create a new user for test purposes and log in as that user and then try?
What is your Windows build?
Are you running any 3rd party security software? Or a VPN?
Did this start to happen after any specific change made to your system?

I do not have a systemrestore point to use.
My version is 1903 (19023.1)
I will try the new user approach and test
Note that your error number is reported here- same symptoms. May not be easy.. Post #42 onwards.
