Your Phone doesn't work...

As title says. Doesn't work. When I try to refresh photos or messages it just keeps "loading" forever. Screen mirroring works but nothing else does.

Have tried resetting the app on my phone, uninstalling and reinstalling on my laptop. Nothing works.

Android. Galaxy S10 so it's "built in" but I believe it is the same version that is available everywhere

It's not that much to go on.

You're right, it's not. That's all I have though, screen mirroring to laptop works, photos and messages don't. Sits there constantly "refreshing" and never loads.

As well as I can do. Samsung has baked it in to the OS now but I've tried clearing data etc and setting up from scratch, uninstalled it from windows 10 and redownloaded as well.

Apologies, didn't see your first response. Yep, connects to MS account fine. As screen mirroring works fine, it's clearly connecting to the phone but no idea why it can't see photos or messages.
