Ease up your support life with Snip & Sketch

So it was recently when I found out windows has this tool that I actually always used 3rd party tools to achieve its results .

The tool is called Snip & Sketch , is an APP and its main purpose is to snap out portions of your screen and save it as an image in lite weight , almost no load time & fewer clicks .

And the next thing you can upload snaps of the problem you have so people can really gather what you are talking about instead of having to read tens of lines in an accent and yet usually never get what you mean

So basically Snip & Sketch is a windows App that can be easily accessed from Start Menu or Search :

By default you can use the new button to start a new screen snap by simply clicking the new button then doing a rectangle selection for the area in question :

Yet once running you will notice you have other basic features you need like :

    1 - On The Fly Marker(s)
    2 - Save
3 - Settings (Where its actually important for you can use it to toggle the APP through PrtSc on keyboard as a hotkey)

So once inside Settings you should toggle the active link that'd direct you to where to enable PrtSc key to become the hot key for Snip & Sketch :

Where you scroll down to find the option and toggle it :

    Now life starts becoming simpler
1 - You rather press PrtScr on keyboard
2 - Do a rectangle select of the issue or where you are stuck
    3 - Then hit Save

and you have a nice image to Upload to your support post .

    Cheers

Yes....it's their (MS) replacement for the "snipping tool" which I've used since MS implemented it. I've yet to try the app.
