i need another way to do a hardware test

before i used to use dell support assistant to test my hardware components. after the windows store messed around with support so i had to uninstall it. i need another way to test my hardware components. i know that i can do a diagnostic test in bios. i need the test to run in windows. this is what i found out until now:-

    1) using Home - UserBenchmark - it analyzes my laptop performance and it compares it to other laptops but before it does that then it has to do a full hardware checkup and test processor, memory, graphics card and so on. if something is failing then will indicate that it is failing when it shows me the results?

    2) by installing hwinfo - i tested it in the past. all it does is show graphs and things like that. can i do a full hardware test by using hwinfo and it tells me pass or fail?

    3) by running perfmon /report in the start menu - that tests my hardware components and it tells me pass or fail but can i rely on it? the test is finished in one minute but when i used support assistant to tests my hardware components it took 15 minutes. why is it longer?

also is there another reliable program which i can use that tests my hardware components and it tells me pass or fail?

Hmm, care to specify what the first way was, and what problem you're trying to address? Thanks.

Do you just want to run tests for reassurance that all is well?

If so, there's this: Intel® Processor Diagnostic Tool

And to thoroughly test RAM, make the bootable usb for Memtest86+ MemTest86+ - Test RAM

    1) Update the specs in the "My Computer" section:

System Specs - Fill in at Ten Forums
In the left corner below in your post you find 'My System Specs'.
After clicking it you can find a link a little below that says 'Update your System Spec', click on this link to get to the page where you can fill in your system specs.
System Info - See Your System Specs - Windows 7 Help Forums

Include PSU. cooler, case, peripherals and anything attached to the computer by wired or wireless (mouse, keyboard, headset, printer, xbox, USB wireless network card, etc.)

    2) Indicate whether there is or is not a suspected computer problem

If you are using a Dell computer then the most comprehensive hardware testing is with Dell diagnostics.

If there are specific problems that need deeper testing then you can use software designed to evaluate the hardware component.

    For example:
Drive: HD Tune, HD Sentinel, Crystal Disk, Sea Tools
    GPU: Furmark
    CPU: Prime95
    Memory: Memtest86
    etc.

All tests have problems and none are 100% accurate.

When evaluating test results there will be:

    True positives
    True negatives
    False positives
    False negatives
