Windows 10 store apps startup entry

    You still want to be able to run it manually.

    All that being true, use Autoruns, Logon Tab, and uncheck the entry. That will remove it from the Taskmanager Startup display.
    Wow... Auroruns doesn't see it either

    Go back to Autoruns. Make sure Everything tab is clicked. In the filter box up top, type "spotify". Gotta be somewhere!

    Seems like because it's a windows store app it has to be uninstalled for it not to be seen in task manager startup

    In the end, you may be right. Store Apps are in a world of their own. Only thing left is a tube of Wite-Out........
