Hi sujaltam
Please run the following four bolded commands. Use a Command Prompt(admin) or Powershell(admin)
Do not key in info in brackets, there for your information.
ipconfig /flushdns (Clear the dns cache)
nbtstat -RR (release and refresh NetBIOS names)
netsh int ip reset (reset ip settings)
netsh winsock reset (Reset Winsock Catalog)
What version and build of Windows 10 are you running (Right click Start, Click run, type winver, enter)
When did this start? Do you remember making any changes around this time?
Have you run sfc /scannow from a command prompt or powershell admin?
What AV's and or privacy tools are you running?
If you do a clean boot do you have the same event frequency?
Perform a Clean Boot in Windows 10 to Troubleshoot Software Conflicts
Ken
Performed the commands.
windows home version 1809 (OS Build 17763.195)
Started after clean install of windows.
Yes i had run sfc/scannow successfully.
No AVs just defender.
Will perform clean boot now and check .
I performed clean boot and found that it was not the case of software conflicts . The issue was still there when in clean boot .

I see a number of reasons for 0xc0000005
Not sure if this is a specific issue to 1809 or a glitch in your install. Sounds like you know what you are doing so I think 1809 error.
I think at this point I would run an inplace repair. Some of the solutions like bad memory, bad disk or corrupt BCD don't sound right given how this started. When you did your clean install did you delete all partitions as part of process?
Since you already have 1809 boot media this process should be easy. I recommend you back up data even though this is a non-destructive process. That is it keeps your apps and data.
Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade
I clean installed another ver of windows then upgraded it to current ver . Yes I deleted all partitions while clean installing . I tried in-place upgrade but ended in 0xC1900101 error
